Manual Handling
Proshield Health & Safety specializes in delivering comprehensive manual handling training to help businesses attain or renew their manual handling certificates.
Our manual handling course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to assess and safely handle objects, whether by hand or with mechanical aids. Typically conducted in a classroom setting, the course spans a duration of 2-3 hours.
Who Should Attend?
Our course is designed for individuals whose job responsibilities include the manual movement of loads.
Manual handling training should be a fundamental part of the onboarding process for new employees in any business, and existing employees should undergo this training if a risk assessment identifies the need. This training instills the knowledge and mindset necessary to carry out tasks correctly, safely, and efficiently.
Upon successful completion of the course, all trainees will receive a Proshield certificate of completion. This certification remains valid for a duration of 3 years.
