These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries and bookings made through it with Proshield Health & Safety. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
This website is operated by Proshield Health & Safety (“we”, “us”, “our”), providing workplace health & safety and first-aid training to companies in Ireland. You can contact us at info@proshield.ie or 085 260 5938.
2. Our services
We provide instructor-led training courses delivered on-site at your workplace, for groups and companies. Course listings on this website are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Enquiries, quotes and bookings
Submitting a form on this website (for example “Request training” or “Request a quote”) is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will respond by email to discuss availability and pricing. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details and dates with you in writing (by email). Prices are confirmed in the quote we send you.
4. Payment and cancellations
Payment terms, deposits and cancellation or rescheduling terms are set out in the quote or booking confirmation we send you and are agreed before the training takes place.
5. Certification
Where a course leads to certification, certificates are issued in line with the relevant awarding or accrediting body’s requirements and are subject to attendance and, where applicable, successful assessment. Certificate validity periods are those set by the awarding body.
6. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, you confirm that it is genuine, accurate and your own, and you give us permission to publish it (including your name and company) on this website. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any content that is inaccurate, offensive, unlawful or misleading. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.
7. Use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false or spam content, or use it in any way that is unlawful or could damage the site or other users.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, images and branding on this website are owned by Proshield Health & Safety or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
