Service Description
Our 3-day FAR course holds recognition from the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) and is expertly designed to cater to the fundamental lifesaving skills needed in critical situations. Additionally, this course has received approval from the Health and Safety Authority and aligns seamlessly with the Health and Safety at Work Act Regulations of 2007.
Cancellation Policy
In accordance with industry standards, Proshield H&S has established a cancellation policy. This includes ensuring participant availability, arranging a venue and necessary facilities, and making certain that the trainer develops a course that aligns with the company’s training goals. Consequently, when a client cancels a training event within two weeks of the scheduled date, it is unlikely that we can fill that time slot on such short notice, resulting in a direct loss for the company. To ensure a smoother booking process, the following cancellation policy will apply to all reservations: Cancellations made during the week of the scheduled training will incur a 100% charge for all canceled dates. Cancellations made during the week prior to the training week will incur a 50% charge for all canceled training dates. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date the email is received will determine the applicable cancellation charges.
